Hosted at Westpac Stadium from 20 to 22 May 2016, the Wellington Food Show will feature the latest and greatest NZ products, ranging from handcrafted limoncello to Te Mata figs. More than 100 exhibitors are expected to showcase their specialties.
The country’s top culinary talent will inspire and delight audiences with 14 back-to-back cooking demo, sharing their outstanding recipes and tips. Award-winning chef Robert Oliver (photo) will be headlining the show with his delicious take on Samoan cuisine.
The event is set to include an all-new Artisan Alley for handmade, small-batch and top quality goods, as well as a Food Alley that promises to be a foodies heaven. Plenty of organic and gluten-free options will be on display at the Healthy Hub.
