34 Degrees has launched its first gluten-free product, made with six ingredients including gluten-free chickpea flour. The Original Gluten-Free Crisps are thin, light and crunchy and are an excellent allergy-friendly option.
The brand decided to use steamed chickpea flour to remove the iron taste, resulting in a buttery finish. Each batch is made in an allergen-free room to ensure it meets the FDA standard.
34 Degrees will donate one percent of all the crisps it bakes to fight global hunger.
