Available until May 15, Countdown’s latest collectible range brings a pinch of Disney magic into its stores, allowing Kiwis to experience their favourite stories in an entirely new way.
‘Disney Movie Stars’ collectible packs are currently given away for free with every $20 spent in Countdown. They contain a character sticker and a card, featuring four different movie scenes and designed to be used with a $10 mini-projector. To complete their collection, kids need to pile up 42 cards and stickers from seven legendary movies, including Mickey Mouse, Aladdin and Frozen. Countdown itself will be hosting swap-meets at stores in May.
“Disney Movie Stars offers Kiwi families the chance to re-tell stories in their own words, while the projector adds a unique and interactive alternative to the traditional bedtime book,” said Bridget Lamont, general manager marketing, Countdown.
