At Woodbridge Smokehouse, only the finest Atlantic Salmon sourced from the Huon Valley are chosen, in Tasmania’s cool South-East region. Its finest Ocean Trout is sourced from Macquarie Harbour, on the rugged West Coast of Tasmania, where the Gordon River meets the Indian Ocean.
Situated on the picturesque south-east coast of Tasmania, its purpose-built smokehouse is set amongst a 25-acre apple orchard. The small team – with over 75 years’ experience – fillet, brine, smoke and slice your fish, combining time-honoured methods with world’s best practice smoking technology. Traditional hand-smoking processes using our own applewood create the delicate and distinctive flavours for which Woodbridge Smokehouse is renowned.
