Held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 9 to 12 November, SIAL InterFOOD welcomed nearly 36,000 visitors and over 800 exhibitors from 33 countries. More than 21 food sectors were represented, such as dairy products, fish, fruit and vegetables, confectionery and delicatessen, just to name a few.
SIAL Innovation was a great success with 116 products registered. Meanwhile, La Cuisine delighted attendees with in-kitchen demos by renowned food service professionals and chefs.
Baking workshops, as well as decorating, cooking and wine classes, were also part of the event. Additionally, the two-day Hosted Buyer Program offered 26 international buyers and 29 local buyers an unmissable chance to mix and mingle, thanks to more than 2,500 business meetings.
SIAL InterFOOD will return in 2017 from 22 to 25 November.
