LONDON STREET FOOD GETS CRISPY

UK crisp brand London Flavours is launching a range of street food-inspired flavours. The street food market grew by 9.1 percent over the past year and $3.7 million NZD. The three initial range will include Pho, Teriyaki, and Sticky Ribs, with more to be launched over time. “Our new Street Food chips aim to inject more excitement into the UK crisps market, with a unique new range of flavours that reflect London’s food culture and diversity,” said London Flavours spokesperson Josh Guest. The crisp company collaborated with London-based street vendor Salt Shed on the Sticky Ribs flavour, demonstrating an earnest understanding of street food and flavours. “London Flavours, like us, are serious about quality food inspired by our city,” said Salt Shed co-owner Laurence Stevens.  The crisps will come in 40g and 150g bags.
