Her experience includes owning, managing and growing recruitment businesses from start-ups to large, existing operations. Blomfield’s career started in London working in external recruitment. “When I returned home I accepted a management role with a global recruitment and HR services provider,” said Blomfield. “In the eight years I worked with this organisation I managed several specialist divisions including Sales & Marketing and recruited for small and large-scale projects up to Director level.”
Throughout her extensive career, Blomfield has been exposed to the challenges of attracting, engaging and retaining talent for my own business, in addition to providing recruitment and consultancy support to a wide range of companies across industry sectors.
