James Crisp has a century of experience providing brand representation to FMCG businesses both domestically and internationally. They have a healthy and very stable NZ business and are currently investing significantly in further growth. Strong Coalface results, a trusted reputation in the trade and a strategy of attracting the best people in the FMCG industry make James Crisp a highly attractive option for Manufacturers and Brand Owners who are directing ever-larger portions of their budgets towards outsourcing in our fast-changing FMCG retail environment.
This is a opportunity for a seasoned Key Account Manager to get into a role with more breadth, responsibility and international exposure. At James Crisp people are given high levels of autonomy and truly valued. There is a unique culture which reflects a family-owned, people-focussed business.
In your role as Key Account Manager, you will get exposure to both PEL and Foodstuffs businesses with responsibility for all of NZ. You will be closely involved with above the line marketing campaigns with the Brand Owners and get exposure to international logistics, shipping and foreign currency. This role will take what you already know about key account management and really broaden out your career options.
In the US it is estimated that Sales and Merchandising Agencies represent 50% of grocery scanned sales, while Australia sits at around 20%. New Zealand is at 5-7% of scanned sales. This is fast changing as NZ moves to be more inline with global practices. We are looking for the best in the industry to be part of this change and will reward accordingly. For a confidential chat to see whether this move is right for your FMCG career, call Hamish Marr or Kevin O’Shannessey at Synergy Consumer on 09 969 5867 or email your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org

Here is an opportunity for a career conversation for an experienced FMCG Key Account Manager looking for a new challenge in 2015. It might be time to get back in touch with Kevin O’Shannessey or Hamish Marr at Synergy Consumer. If we already know you, drop us a line. For those that don’t, we would love to hear from you.
We are currently looking for someone who knows the Foodstuffs account well and is looking for a role with a global FMCG category leader across a number of different categories. You will need to be comfortable with breadth and scale! You will also need to be a reasonably proficient user of data and analytics.
The business has an impressive record of growing ahead of their categories and proudly holds the category leading position in most (or is in a very strong number 2 position) for all their categories they compete in. They have a potent mix of global Powerbrands and local iconic brands, while regularly delivering new and existing product development to the market. Working here means you will experience more career growth than most, if not all other FMCG companies.
This is a great role for someone really looking to invest in their FMCG career and perform above industry norm.
