Quin will be joined by David Stewart, general manager merchandise and Vaughan Grant, general manager supply chain and other key FSNI leaders to talk about the model and answer your questions.
In addition to an overview of cost to serve in general, the session will include a series of ‘mini workshops’ and a FSNI panel with a Q&A session.
This is a great opportunity for FGC members and spaces are limited so register early!
The session is targeted at general manager, national sales manager FSNI BM/AMs plus logistics leaders. Maximum three attendees per company.
