Simply the Best.

The most awarded pâtés in New Zealand, Genevieve’s Scallop and Oyster Mousse have snagged more awards than any other pâté products in New Zealand. NZ Food Awards (Food Safety and Quality), Innovation Council F&B and Outstanding Water Champion to name a few. Both pâtés have also taken gold medals in the Outstanding Food Producer Awards.

To produce these tasty numbers, they combined in-house designed recipes and local ingredients with preservation-focused cooking techniques developed along with Massey University.

There is no cream cheese, and the seafood is artfully blended with white wine, cream, butter and subtlety seasoned with cayenne pepper and New Zealand sea salt. These “a La Crème” style pates need to be tried to be believed. They are simply the best seafood pâtés on the market.
