CHAMPAGNE TRIBAUT

Tracing its history back to the early 20th century, Champagne Tribaut has been producing world-class wines for four generations. Held in high esteem by wine writer and consultant Peter Saunders, these three outstanding wines are amongst the finest in their categories.

CUVÉE BRUT

The Cuvée Brut is made each year from Crayères de Romery Chardonnay and the Crossats d’ Écueil Pinot Noir grapes. Blended with 50 percent reserve wines in large oak casks, Saunders noted the Cuvée Brut’s “smooth and nicely rounded style,” and described it has “a wine which shows class and finesse.” Rated five stars by Peter Saunders.

BRUT ORIGINE

A fresh and fruit champagne, Brut Origine is made from 50 percent Pinot Meunieur, 30 percent Chardonnay, and 20 percent Pinot Noir. Aged for 30 months on the lees before disengorgement, this champagne shows great length and a good balance on the palate. “Very tasty fruit, yet subtle enough to be elegant,” said Saunders. Rated five stars by Peter Saunders.

BRUT ROSÉ

Brut Rosé’s salmon hue and red fruit aromas are acquired via the incorporation of red wine from the Damery terroir into the cuvée. This 30-month-aged wine is tart, taught, and crisp, and pairs excellently with white meats and a range of desserts. Rated five stars by Peter Saunders.
