Rainbow Confectionery Ltd took ownership of the Oamaru factory in 2001. Rainbow Confectionery is the largest New Zealand made, non-chocolate confectionery manufacturer, supplying private label and branded (Rainbow, Awesome Value, Awesome Naturals, Regina) everyday and seasonal confectionery.
