In light of drinking trends heading increasingly towards lower-carb options, DB Export announced the launch of DB Export Gold Extra Low Carb beer this week. DB's latest release is said to have 80% fewer carbohydrates due to its extended brewing process.
DB Export Gold is rated New Zealand’s number one mainstream lager, and Sean O’Donnell, DB Breweries Marketing Director, said that the biggest challenge was keeping the crisp, clean, and refreshing taste the same while reducing the carbs. “The team has perfected it, and we’re excited for Kiwis to try it,” said O’Donnell.
DB Export Extra Low Carb will be available in supermarkets and liquor retailers around the country from today. It comes in 12x330ml packs.
