Bakeworks has launched a brand new range of delicious gluten free sprouted seed breads under its Home St. brand. With a delightfully fluffy texture and an uncanny resemblance to glutenous bread, the unique range of Sprouted Good Seed products, including buns, bread and pizza bases, are opening up a whole new world for the health conscious, gluten intolerant and lovers of all things bread.
With a shared passion for food made the way it should be, founders Kirsten and Dave began their quest to bring real, good food to the people began 22 years ago while living in a flat on none other than Home Street in Auckland's Grey Lynn.
Now to look forward, Kirsten and Dave have looked bak to the time when nutrition mattered, and Mum kept a jar of alfalfa sprouts on the window sill.
The result is a range of products that are as nutritious as they are delicious. As well as being unbelievably soft and fresh, Home St. bread is baked with sprouted and activated seeds, meaning the nutrient store has been unlocked to make them more bioavailable and easy for your body to absorb.
