Powerade has released its electrolyte-charged Powerade ION4, which features a new formula with 95 percent more electrolytes, replacing those lost through sweat. To help athletes of all levels, the formula also includes sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. The product comes in six flavours; Mountain Blast, Berry Ice, Lemon Lime, Gold Burst, Fever Pitch and Blackcurrant. As a long-time supporter of a broad range of Kiwi sports, Powerade has also expanded its ambassador team with current ‘NZ Sportsman of the Year’ Kane Williamson, NBA player Steven Adams and Olympic champion rower Mahé Drysdale.
