Whole Harry is passionate about Whole Food! Their 100% organic certified maple is sourced from 3000 family farms across Vermont in the USA and Canada. Whole Harry is the good stuff, try it on Pancakes or waffles or get adventures and substitute maple for sugar in baking or even tea and coffee.
What is your company background, how did you start the business?
Whole Harry was started by Steve (previous owner) while he was on a health kick - I have a background in FMCG and saw an opportunity to take great tasting organic products and make them more accessible to Kiwis. We are all about bringing in healthy food at the right price.
What is the current product range and variants and how do these products stand out in the market?
We currently have two flavours of Whole Harry maple syrup:
- Amber - which is our great tasting hero
- Dark - which is a later season harvest with more intense maple flavours
We also import Organic Acai, Organic Jackfruit and Organic Pink Pitaya
What are the plans for the business moving forward, is there any expansion on the horizon?
We are working with major retailers to continue to supply New Zealand with our great tasting maple at a great price and are constantly working with suppliers overseas to bring in great new products. COVID-19 has made that search harder, but we are keeping our eyes and ears locked on to trends world wide
Where are your products currently available to buy, and are you looking at or wanting to expand your availability?
We are currently available in 150 Countdown stores, and the majority of Premium New Worlds, Farro, Common Sense Organics, Huckleberry and selected organic health stores.
