The Alternative Dairy Co has launched a new range of vegan, dairy-free cheese alternatives. The range is made from plant-based ingredients including virgin coconut oil and is free from animal products such as soy and gluten. It is also free of nasties such as GMOs, palm oil and trans fats.

The range includes 200g blocks of Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan vegan cheeses that melt, stretch, grate and taste just like ordinary cheese.
