Naked Kitchen’s latest wellness bowl is inspired by Korean flavours. The wellness bowl includes ingredient such as the shiitake mushrooms, vegan kimchi, gochujang, spring onions, miso, tofu, and sweet potato noodles all coming together to create an authentic taste and flavour.

“We worked really hard to create this meal,” said Robyn Stewert, Naked Kitchen recipe developer, “we used NZ made vegan kimchi and gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) to capture authentic Korean flavours and bring through pops of hot and spicy, mixed with sweet and sour.”

A warming and healthy option for lunch or dinner, the Korean Wellness Bowl joins Naked Kitchen’s existing line up of popular Wellness Bowls.
