Introducing Liberty Raspberry Roller Milkshake Sour beer, a limited edition beer that will shake up Liberty’s existing beer offerings. Think American Graffiti, Kiwi-style, from a time before straws were an eco crime. It’s a Raspberry shake whipped up the old fashioned way, with a kettle sour base, piquant raspberries and New Zealand milk lactose.
The result is a taste sensation that starts off tart and demurs to a creamy finish. Think Raspberry K bar with a mouthful of milk and beer. It shouldn’t work, but dip-a-chip in ice cream, it totally does!
Nine months in the making, the project started as a way to keep the team entertained during lockdown. It’s a departure from Liberty’s usual beers and came out of the desire to do ‘something different’.
Raspberry Roller Milkshake Sour (6.4%) is available now on tap and in 440ml cans. Sold in single 440ml cans with an RRP of $11.99.
