The Beverage & Food Gurus Innovation Degustation 2026 is a first-of-its-kind, hands-on tasting and insights day designed for New Zealand’s beverage innovation leaders.
With only 40 tickets available, this inaugural event offers a day of discovery, discussion, and sensory exploration for the country’s most forward-thinking product developers, brand owners, and technical specialists.
Participants will sample 30 breakthrough non-alcoholic drinks side-by-side in a curated technical tasting, diving into key trends on hydration, 0% alcohol, protein, nootropics, and flavour innovation.
Each tasting will be exploring taste, functionality, and ingredient design to connect ideas and spark new thinking. Participants will also have the option to purchase a sample of all the drinks tasted on the day so they can be shared and discussed back at their office.
The format is deliberately relaxed, encouraging high interaction and meaningful conversation. A walk-and-fork lunch will accompany the sessions, with networking opportunities throughout the day.
