CCEP Announces Peter Brickley's Retirement

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has announced the retirement of Peter Brickley, Chief Information Officer, at the end of this year after nearly a decade of dedicated service.

Brickley has been instrumental in shaping CCEP’s digital transformation journey, strengthening IT capabilities, and driving innovation across the business.

With over 25 years of experience in global technology leadership, including roles at Heineken, Centrica, BAT, and SABMiller, his impact has been profound and far-reaching.

Francesca Faure, currently Deputy Chief Information Officer, will succeed Brickley as CIO. She will bring over 25 years of experience in technology, operations, customer service, supply chain, and innovation within the Coca-Cola system.

She played a key role in the formation of CCEP, leading BPT Solution Delivery and successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects, including the Business Capability Programme.

“Peter’s leadership has been a cornerstone of our transformation journey. His vision and commitment have helped us build a resilient, forward-looking technology foundation," said Damian Gammell, CEO, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

"As we look ahead, I’m confident that Francesca will build on this legacy and continue to drive innovation and excellence across our business. We thank Peter for his outstanding contributions and warmly welcome Francesca into her new role.”

Brickley's retirement and Faure's appointment is effective from the 1st of January 2026.
