Spritzzetto is not just a drink, it is a way of life.
Founded by two friends, Angus McFarlane and Luca Kirwan, Spritzzetto has brought together two cultures that are uniquely different yet share the same love for connection, flavour and good times.
McFarlane and Kirwan had always bonded over a shared love for food, wine and sport. Both were former New Zealand Rowing athletes and had spent many years competing on the world stage.
It was in 2019 that McFarlane visited Kirwan’s hometown. After a full day in Venice, exploring the canals, soaking up the sun, and indulging in a few too many spritzes, they knew they had to bring back this experience to New Zealand.
Fast forward to 2025, after working in the food and beverage industry, they decided to start the Spritzzetto journey, with a simple mission: to take world-renowned flavours and mix them with premium New Zealand wine.
With premium ingredients, maximum flavour, no artificial colours or flavours and low calories compared to other RTD cocktails available in the market, Spritzzetto is packed in an easy and accessible package for Kiwis' go-to social occasions.
Spritzzetto (little spritz in Italian), the perfect name for the moment of connection, will be shared when a can is soon cracked open in New Zealand.
