UK | Sainsbury’s has launched a first-to-market Taste the Difference British Salad Selection Box.
The Salad Box has combined three British-grown customer favourites: Taste the Difference Pointed Peppers, a Midi Cucumber, and two varieties of tomatoes in one convenient pack, providing customers with a simple way to enjoy quality produce this summer.
Joining Sainsbury's wide range of British fruit and vegetables, the Salad Box celebrates the best of the summer harvest while showcasing the quality and variety of produce grown in Kent.
Available for a limited time only, it offers customers a convenient way to enjoy a selection of British-grown salad favourites in one pack, with an average 24 percent saving compared with buying the ingredients separately.
Hannah O’Reilly, Director of Produce at Sainsbury's, said that the British growing season has produced some fantastic salad ingredients and the retailer was delighted to bring together a selection of customer favourites.
Made possible through long-term relationships with British growers, O’Reilly added that it was a convenient way to enjoy a selection of seasonal salad staples while delivering great value.

Available for a limited six-week period, the Taste the Difference British Salad Selection Box will be available in selected Sainsbury's superstores and online.
