AUSTRALIA | Independent Pharmacies Australia were pleased to welcome Paul Church to their team as General Manager - Merchandise and Consumer Marketing.
Church has joined IPA with more than 30 years of senior retail experience across 7-Eleven, Coles, Kmart and Officeworks.
Most recently, he led a AUD 1.6 to AUD 1.7 billion non-fuel merchandise portfolio within a national franchise network at 7-Eleven, delivering growth through a stronger range, supplier partnerships, digital expansion and disciplined in-store execution.
As the IPA continues to accelerate the rollout of IPA Community and continues strengthening support across Advantage Pharmacy, Pharmacy Alliance, Pharmacy Catalyst, and Chemist Discount Centre, Church’s experience in scaling retail brands while working closely with owners and store teams will be invaluable.
This appointment reflects IPA’s continued investment in building commercial strength for independent pharmacies. Its strategy remains clear: driving customers, sales, and sustainable growth into community pharmacy businesses across Australia.
