Alexandra’s Dukkah is New Zealand’s favourite dukkah, made by hand by us using our own proprietary recipes of premium chopped nuts, roasted sesame seed and freshly stone ground spices.
For entertaining use as a dip with artisan bread and fine olive oil, or make a delicious rub when barbequing meat, fish or chicken.
Dukkah also makes a great coating for vegetables when roasting.
