Dainty Rice, the Canadian Rice Company, has launched an innovative line of Gluten Free Baking Mixes, including Chocolate Cake, Doughnut Pancakes, Fudgy Brownies, and Vanilla Cupcakes.
This new line of products is leveraging the company’s 140 years of expertise around rice and rice flour to its advantage to create delicious, easy recipes for all who don’t want to forsake baked goods due to the glutinous flour.
The rice flour, produced by the Dainty flour mill within our gluten-free certified facility, is the crucial ingredient in the new products. Each recipe only takes 5-10 minutes of prep and a couple of components before being oven-ready.
Secondly, the brand has launched an All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour blend. It is an ideal substitute for any recipe calling for wheat flour. It can be used in a one-to-one ratio for all beloved baking recipes.
The packaging is made from an innovative material that contains 25 percent post-consumer recycled material and is technically 100 percent recyclable.
