SUSTAINABLE CHOCOLATE

Jisun Kim has created more sustainable chocolate for the market. Future Chocolate includes five different kinds of chocolate which each contain ten percent edible insect powder. Each chocolate has a different flavour and texture to create a new experience.

As an alternative to conventional sources of protein like meat, this range of chocolates aims to bring insects into the market in a new, delicious way. The chocolates are designed in a way that references insects and the packaging resembles a cocoon.
