White Rabbit, the UK 'free-from' food company, has produced its first ambient risotto - Porcini Mushroom Risotto. The company also recently rolled out its frozen pizza, and fresh pasta ranges to UK supermarkets.
The risotto mix is gluten-free and vegan. It is made from arborio rice and claims to be ready to eat after 20 minutes of cooking.
