CELEBRATING FOOD DIVERSITY AT SIAL CHINA 2016

Scheduled in Shanghai from May 5 to 7, SIAL China will host 21 product sectors, featuring diverse food and beverage from different countries and regions.
This year, the Guest Country of Honour will be Poland, presenting its apples, pork, cheese and other organic specialties. Korea and the US will occupy the biggest pavilions, covering an area of 1,000 sqm each. Dubai Pavilion will also debut in SIAL China for the first time. The meat, dairy and wine sectors will all have their own dedicated zones, while premium products from China will be featured in five theme zones; Central Kitchen, Green Agriculture, Sweets & Snacks, High-end beverage and Alcohol. Service companies will also showcase their expertise.
To inspire visitors with innovative ideas for their business, 10 specialised events will also take place, ranging from live culinary competitions to marketing and food safety debates.
