ITALIAN FOOD AT ITS BEST

The oldest and best-known Italian food fair in the world, Cibus, will be held in the city of Parma (Italy) from May 9 to 12. The event will focus on sustainable development and climate change. Over 3,000 Italian food manufacturers are expected to bring 900 new products, and about 70,000 commercial operators will be attending, including 15,000 from abroad.
Funded in 1985, Cibus is held on a biennial basis. For this 18th edition all sectors are represented, with the addition of new sections devoted to fresh and very fresh products, fish, halal and kosher products. An entire area will also be dedicated to foreign buyers.
