From 25 to 28 October, around 1200 exhibitors, 30,000 visitors and 1,000 buyers from the international food industry (including Coca-Cola, Unilever and Fonterra) are expected to attend Cibus Tec 2016 in Parma, Italy.
As a platform for Italian excellence in food processing and packaging, the trade fair will feature the latest technological solutions, focusing on sustainability and advanced automation. Dedicated workshops will educate participants on food safety, energy consumption, eco-friendly technologies and packaging.
German partner Koelnmesse has contributed to a 20 percent increase in international presence, bringing its industry experience and the high standards of Anuga FoodTec and ProSweets.
