SIAL INTERFOOD WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 9 to 12 November, SIAL Interfood has named the SIAL Innovation 2016 Award’s four finalists, chosen among 31 innovative products.
Indonesian company Rempah Nusantara took out gold with Bumbu Soto dan Sop, while the three runner-ups were:
- Real Cave do Cedro, VINOSI (Portugal): a 5.5% ABV wine cocktail, smoothly sparkling and contained in a unique bottle with pull-up cap;
- Thai-Korean Seaweed Co., Seaweed Snack (Thailand);
- Sahm Yook Sea Food Co., S’weed Sensation (Korea).
