SWISS COMPANIES TO SHOWCASE THEIR NEW PRODUCTS AT ISM 2017

Exclusively open to trade visitors from 29 January to 1 February 2017, ISM will focus on new sweets and snack products that provide a positive stimulus within the industry. For example, Swiss companies intensively take advantage of the opportunity to showcase their wide-ranging line-up.

One Swiss company will present exclusive Swiss chocolate products such as truffles, filled chocolates, rochers, mini desserts, liqueur products and sugar-coated sweets.
Another company will introduce its innovative range of caramel sticks, which are produced using a patented co-extrusion technology and unique flavours.

One of the pioneers in the private label section offers a number of vegan, Fair Trade, organic and CO² neutral chocolate, including bars of chocolate that are produced using just three raw materials.
Healthy fruit snacks and new coconut chips will also be on display, with another company offering unique snacks for children. Made with 100 percent dried tropical fruits with no artificial sugar, these small square-shaped pieces come in three flavours: mango, mango and pineapple, and pineapple and banana.
