MALAYSIA | Toppen Shopping Centre, Johor's preferred meeting place and community hub, has expanded its offerings this year.
This August, Jaya Grocer will introduce a fresh take on grocery shopping to Toppen.
Designed as a welcoming destination for everyday shopping, it marks the brand's fifth outlet in South Malaysia – and the first to debut a clean, minimalist interior inspired by the simplicity and warmth of Swedish living, thoughtfully tailored to create a unique community experience.
From fresh produce sections to organic, locally sourced options and kid-friendly snacks, Jaya Grocer caters to health-conscious households looking to shop smarter together.
In line with Toppen's sustainability ethos, the store will also introduce eco-conscious practices, such as reusable bag incentives and seamless GrabMart integration, making it easier for busy families to shop responsibly and efficiently, whether in-store or online.

The new 27,106 sq ft Jaya Grocer is set to open on the 31st of August 2025.
