New World Browns Bay is recalling a specific batch of its New World Browns Bay brand NZ Beef Prime Mince as the product may contain foreign matter (metal).
The product is sold in plastic packaging in various weights, and has not been exported. This recall does not affect any other New World Browns Bay brand products.
Customers are asked to check the date mark on the front sticker of the product. The affected products are marked as best before 26/11/24.
Affected products should not be consumed. There have been no reports of injury, however, if customers have consumed this product and have any concerns about their health, seek medical advice.
Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund.
