The New Zealand Beverage Council has announced a workshop for beverage industry participants who wish to understand beverage technology and commercialisation better.
Registration is now open, with the event commencing between 8 am to 4:30 pm Thursday, the 11th of May.
The workshop will cover the development of a beverage through research and development, processing, packing, and commercialisation, which will be invaluable information for companies of all sizes looking to upskill staff rapidly in the basics with practical learnings from an experienced industry expert.
Beverages will cover RTDs, non-alcoholic drinks, carbonated and still, dairy and non-dairy.
The series will be hosted by The FoodBowl and presented by Beverage and Food Gurus (BFGS), who have extensive beverage industry experience in start-ups and corporates.
Key topics include liquid development, bottling processes, quality and safety, New Zealand commercialisation and contract packing, New Zealand ingredient and suppliers, cost analysis, and distribution in New Zealand.
