Frucor Suntory Introduces New Chief People Officer

Japanese-owned beverage company and market leader for energy drinks across Australasia, Frucor Suntory, is excited to announce its new Chief People Officer, Alicia Ryan-Davis. Ryan -Davis will lead People and Culture functions across Oceania, covering Human Resources, Communications and Health and Safety as part of her new role.

Ryan-Davis will be responsible for various diverse product portfolios, including V Energy, Suntory BOSS Coffee and more. Crucial aspects of her role will be to maintain the excellence of employee experience and to continue and grow upon the high level of engagement and demand in the market for the companies leading brands.

Ryan-Davis joins the teams from Coca-Cola Europacific Partner, where she was the Regional Director of People and Culture. The New People Officer has over twenty years of experience. She has a prestigious reputation for reshaping and cultivating high-performance executive teams, People and Culture functions, and positive company culture during transitional periods of business transformation.
