Ghiotti Chorizo Barbecue sausages are now available in New Zealand. Packed full of the traditional flavours of smoked paprika, red peppers and the highest quality pork, Ghiotti is traditionally sourced in Europe then sliced and packaged on our shores.
This blend is a fresh chorizo, which means it hasn’t been cured so it is softer than the preserved variety and requires cooking. The process for the combination of Chorizo Barbecue spices starts with chopping and grinding the pork to create fat marbling, which keeps the sausage moist, to the addition of garlic and oregano to balance out the smoky paprika taste.
