NZ Pork and China Southern Airlines have sent an Auckland couple on a ten-day trip to China to experience the culture and cuisine. Shaun and Angela Hollinger won the prize as part of New Zealand Pork’s Chinese New Year promotion.
The prize was the culmination of a campaign run early in the year to encourage New Zealanders to try a range of Asian-inspired recipes during Chinese New Year.
