Scott McKay and Don Graham (Grocery Charity Ball Trustees) took Duthie Lidgard and Natalie Macaulay from Coastguard around a number of companies in the fmcg industry yesterday to thank them for their wonderful support with this year’s Grocery Charity Ball in support of Coastguard.
One of the most pleasing aspects from this year’s ball was the recent announcement that Coastguard Auckland will allocate some of the $200,000 that was raised at the Grocery Charity ball directly to their Kaikoura Coastguard team, who have been very active helping out in the recent earthquake.
