Creditors are unlikely to get any money from Victor Clarke, director of failed magazine publisher Mediaweb. Clarke was declared bankrupt in 2014 along with his partner Toni Myers and is currently serving a three-year jail term for charges connected with his business.
According to receivers’ final report, Heartland Bank got back only $39,000 of $1.1 million it was owed in 2014, whilst another creditor, Trade Publications, apparently have not recovered any of its $439,000.
Further $930,000 are being claimed by unsecured creditors, such as contractors.
