SEVERAL GRADUATES HIRED AFTER JOBS EXPO

As a result of contact made last May at the Food and Grocery Industry Jobs Expo, over the past few months several companies have hired graduates. Organised by FGC and University of Auckland, the event attracted over 1000 students, eager to engage with the 20 exhibiting companies (see our report here).
“We were able to show the myriad options for people looking for roles that offer promotion in an industry that never stops and is always looking to innovate,” said Katherine Rich, chief executive, FGC. To provide students with a quick overview of the industry, the Food and Grocery Council has recently released three videos it made during at the expo.
