New Zealand Food Safety has issued a recall alert, with Emart Company Ltd recalling specific batches of its Lotte brand Almond Pepero and White Cookie Pepero.
The products are recalled due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (sesame). Customers with a sesame allergy should not consume these products. Individuals who consume any of these products and have any concerns about their health are encouraged to seek medical advice.
