New Members Elected

FGC Council members

The New Zealand Food and Grocery Council (NZFGC) elected five new members to its Board at its annual general meeting on the 11th of May.

The new members include Deanna Chiang, the Director at Plum Agencies and FMCG Solutions, and Mike Cullerne, the Country Director at Arnott’s. Matt Donn, the CEO of Tom & Luke. Brad Erceg, the Sales Director at Frucor Suntory NZ and Isi Tupou, the COO at Walter & Wild.

These new members join current members Mike Pretty, the Non-Executive Director at Heinz Wattie’s, Cameron Scott, the GM at Kimberly-Clark, and Agnes Baekelandt, the CEO of Barker Fruit Processors—finally, Julie North, the Director of Foodcom.

Mike Pretty was re-elected unopposed as Chair for a fifth term, and Cameron Scott was elected Vice-Chair.

NZFGC thanks all the candidates for putting themselves forward and to all members who attended the meeting or used the proxy process to participate. The council shared that seeing such a strong interest in leading the organisation was fantastic.
