Artisan food producer Puhoi Valley has introduced a new range of organic milk. Available in three variants, non-homogenised, homogenized and half and half, a product made from a blend of milk and cream.
“The way we look at milk and dairy is changing,” said Amy Laing, group-marketing manager at Puhoi Valley.
“Kiwis care about how their food is produced, that is why we launched this new range of Puhoi Valley Organic milks that has nothing but goodness added.
Consumer demand for organic milk is growing, last year alone saw an increase of $4.5m in sales to the fresh white milk category.”
