Pure Delish founder and managing director Kaz Staples has been recognised for her service to the food industry and named in the New Year Honours List.
“It has been an incredible journey so far with a lot of amazing people who came along for the ride and played a huge part in growing the business to where it is today," said Staples.
What started as a seasonal festive cake business has now grown to become a flourishing enterprise that now employs upwards of 30 staff. Even with the exponential growth the company has experienced, Staples has ensured that the company has stayed true to its core values of operating with integrity, ensuring the health and well-being of staff, leading innovation and pushing boundaries.
“It hasn’t been easy, but it's been very satisfying to see the growth and change on supermarket shelves – to see what is now available in a category that previously didn’t exist."
