Premiere trade show, Anuga has had record numbers this year with over 7000 exhibitors registered from 108 countries. Approximately 155,000 visitors are expected to attend the food industry's world summit this year, held in Cologne, Germany, from 10 to 14 October.
The show itself is fully-booked and will span across the entire hall capacity of Koelnmesse, the fifth largest fair grounds in the world with 248,000m2 of exhibition space.
Anuga is composed of 10 niche exhibition categories, Anuga Fine Food, Anuga Frozen Food, Anuga Meat, Anuga Chilled & Fresh Food, Anuga Dairy, Anuga Bread & Bakery Hot Beverages, Anuga Drinks, Anuga Organic, Anuga Foodservice and Anuga RetailTec, all of which have a comprehensive offering of suppliers and retailers exhibiting.
For the first time, exhibitors from Iceland, Qatar, St. Vincent, the Grenadines and Niue will be showcasing.
