SIAL China has announced their 10 finalists for the coveted SIAL Innovation 2017 award. Chosen from 212 of the best in food innovation, the top 10 products were judged on health benefits, packaging and customer convenience. The Gold/Silver/Bronze prizes will be announced at the awards ceremony on 17th May 2017 .
