It’s a true collaborative approach at Culley’s; Founder of Culley’s Chris ‘Culley’ Cullen develops each and every one of Culley's products. He’s a true ‘NPD legend’, and with the help of our General Manager Samuel Tyler and Head of Procurement Louis Cottle, they spearhead all of the new product development. 

“Some of the proudest moments for us in the production process of the mayo and aioli products occurred during the team tasting sessions,” said Chris Cullen.

“These are special moments when we all get together as a team to contribute to the product. We offer the wider team a chance to provide feedback and suggestions for products. Whether you are in Marketing or Accounts, you get a say. For this tasting in particular, we got some hot chips from our local fish and chip shop to test out the range of potentials. The excitement and enthusiasm by our team members, who are just as excited as we are about the potential new products, is inspiring. It reaffirms the real impact every individual team member has as a part of the Culley’s team. It’s a real collaborative effort and a reminder of how proud we are to have an amazing team.”
