True Rewards Programme Expanded

Foodstuffs has partnered with ASB to expand its True Rewards programme across New Zealand.

This expansion will mean that True Rewards points will now be redeemable inside PAK’nSAVE, New World, and Four Square stores nationwide.

ASB True Rewards customers can spend their True Rewards dollars at any Foodstuffs store and treat their True Rewards card like an EFTPOS card.

This option will provide convenience for customers and help them get the most from their existing rewards by allowing them to use points towards groceries and everyday essentials.

“By teaming up with ASB, our customers can now enjoy the flexibility of using their True Rewards dollars instantly at the checkout, bringing added convenience to their grocery experience,” said Dominic Quin, general manager of marketing and media at Foodstuffs.

“We’re proud to be the supermarket retailer teaming up with ASB True Rewards and are excited to support customers in this way.”

This collaboration has highlighted Foodstuffs’ commitment to offering new solutions to enhance the customer experience in stores across New Zealand.

PAK’nSAVE, New World, and Four Square customers can expect to see a range of in-store and online resources explaining how to redeem ASB True Reward dollars.

“We’re excited to partner with Foodstuffs to give our customers more choice in their rewards,” said Michael Maclean, leader of ASB My Everyday Banking Tribe.

“Expanding our True Rewards network to include a supermarket partner is in response to feedback from our customers and is another way we’re able to help them redeem their rewards their way.”

The ASB True Rewards scheme currently allows ASB Rewards credit card holders to earn points through everyday purchases. Through this partnership, both companies plan to deliver more value to customers across New Zealand.
